MOBIZOFT C4M
The Mobizoft C4M platform is a powerful middleware that enables and supports rapid development and deployment of customized multimedia applications. An easy-to-use API is provided which makes it possible to integrate the C4M platform into your existing FTP/CMS framework or you can use our pre-installed video CMS. You can also easily integrate ad engines, statistical tracking, data mining and charging systems. Of course there are several other useful features like support for mobile playlists or play loops.
The Mobizoft C4M 4.0 platform consists of technology components that are used for access, multimedia and statistics management. The platform can be installed in your system environment or you can use our packaged services offered as managed services.

C4M Access Component
The C4M Access Component collects access data regarding a user access where the Mobizoft unique access profile technology makes sure that the service request is managed correctly based on the specific customer configuration. The access profile contains information about geographic region, used service, user profile, network profile, used device and used client application. Every user access to a C4M service creates a unique “finger print” stored in an unique access profile. The access profiles are used by the other C4M components to deliver optimized multimedia services and access data for statistics and data mining.
C4M Multimedia Component
The C4M Multimedia Component supports and manage a cost-effective and flexible integration towards resources like transcoding and streaming platforms, data population and storage to different Content Delivery Networks. The component uses the most optimal and/or by the customer chosen transcoding and hosting platforms together with transcoding algorithms. The access profile is used to create optimized multimedia services accessible from one single URL or service request.
The multimedia component enables customized service management, i.e. number of encoding formats optimized for the mobile market in a specific network and/or for a specific content.
C4M Statistics Component
The created access profile is stored in an optimized C4M database. The database can be used to support 3:rd party providers of statistical tracking and data mining services creating extensive user patterns from geographic region, used service, user, network profile, used device and client application. Device manufacturers, statistical tracking companies, data mining service providers are examples of actors that can create added value to their customers using the C4M Statistics Component.
